A typical transaction starts with the Heavy Equipment Hirer calling and coming in to inspect our equipment and selecting the desired equipment.

The customer describes the nature of the job to be performed, location, working conditions, and other relevant information necessary to understand the scope and extent of work. Where necessary, we go out to the site to inspect and ascertain the nature of the work.

We provide a rate and agree on terms with the customer (hirer). Typically 50% down plus the cost of the round-trip to the site and back to our equipment yard.

We take payment and mobilize to leave immediately after (depending on availability of a low bed and customer preference), but usually immediately or within a maximum time of 48 hours.
