The Way We Work
If the hired equipment breaks down or is inoperable and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, we will provide a replacement at our own cost of transporting the equipment to the site.
- Our typical workday begins at 8 am, although we strive to time our start time with our customers’ working hours. The machine would be positioned and ready to work by the time the client starts work. Where the client is providing diesel, we require diesel to be ready and delivered to where the machine is parked at the working site, at least 30 minutes before the shift starts.
- The security of the equipment on the hirer’s site or place of work is the responsibility of the hirer.
- If Hirer rents the equipment for a day and for whatever reason the machine is unable to work through no fault of us, Hirer will still be responsible for the daily rate. We reserve the right to vacate the work after 48 hours of no work.
- Hirer shall indicate someone to provide clear instructions on the scope of work, and such individual shall provide timely feedback to management (equipment owner) if there are any reservations on the quality or speed, or attitude of the operator performing the work.
